thinking.....listening

When you have problem, you will just keep thinking about it, and wonder if God is listening to you, or is He near?

Is He listening to us? Or should we ask another question, are we listening to Him? Are we too distracted by our current situation and actually letting His thoughts or voice passing by?

I want to know God's thoughts... the rest are details.
